We spent three nights here and had a great time enjoying our rooms with hot spring water on tap, the quiet atmosphere, and the good service provided.

The Hotel Phoenix is rated as two star accomodation. Is is has good sentral location with an unasuming exterior - inside you can look forward to wonderfull accomodation and truly five star service - the owners of the phoenix have a fantastic attention to detail - from the the immaculate rooms - the mint on your bed - every night - the weather reports and local info printed every day on your breakfast table. The owners where also really helpfull in giving us tips for what to do - they helped with arranging excursions - and made recomendations and helped with booking resturants. This is a wonderfull place to stay with proffessional, warm and freindly owners. We spoke to other tourists staying in more expensive accomodation who gaped in envy when we told of our experience at the hotel.

The hotel rooms are unique and spotless with excellent beds, tea plus distinctive decor.

This place is conveniently located close to both the city center and town center, offering modern and unique rooms, incredibly comfortable beds, a delicious breakfast, early check-in option.

The staff was very nice and friendly. They gave great tips and helped organize some trips.

The location is ok but not very central. It is very easy to be found and close to the main road though.

The facilities were excellent. The location was marvelous, so close to the inner center and main shopping areas with restaurants, pubs, cool shops, and bars. The room was spotless and unique, offering central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television. The staff was very nice and caring.

Fantastic breakfast with a delicious European selection, including fresh breads, cheese, meat, spreads. Helpful staff provided travel ideas and restaurant suggestions. Free parking. Comfortable and clean rooms with a small sitting area and a lovely view of the back garden. Good WIFI connection. Great location near the main road, restaurants, and bus stations.
